The NRG-500 is the crown jewel of San Andreas motorcycles. The first time I earned Gold at Bike School and saw it sitting outside the building, I rode it directly to the nearest highway and kept the throttle down until the speedometer hit its ceiling. Hydra
The Hydra is the most powerful vehicle in San Andreas. It combines vertical takeoff capability with guided missile systems and a top speed that nothing else in the game can match. Getting one legitimately requires either completing the Black Project mission at Area 69 for the Jetpack first, or flying directly into the restricted military zone and surviving long enough to take off.
The easier method is to use the JUMPJET cheat code to spawn one after the story is complete. If you want to earn it legitimately, the military base south of Las Venturas occasionally has Hydras on the runway. The 5-star wanted level triggers immediately, so you need to be inside and airborne within seconds.
AT-400
The AT-400 is the only commercial airliner in San Andreas and it is genuinely massive. Landing it requires a proper runway rather than a street or highway. It can only be stored at Verdant Meadows because that is the only hangar with enough space for its wingspan. Parking it elsewhere means it disappears from that location when you travel far enough away.
Flight School: Learning to Fly
The Verdant Meadows flight school is required for story progression. CJ must pass each lesson to unlock the mission chain. Earning all gold medals at flight school rewards you with $80,000 in cash and full Pilot skill. The lessons cover takeoff, landing, loop-the-loop, barrel rolls, and helicopter hovering. Passing with Bronze on everything is sufficient for story missions, but Gold is worth the effort for the cash reward and the satisfaction.

Pro Tip: For oyster hunting, use a Reefer or Dinghy rather than a fast speedboat. You need to stop on the water surface, dive down, grab the oyster, and resurface. Fast boats are harder to stop precisely above the oyster location. Build your lung capacity before going after the deep water oysters near Area 69.
GTA San Andreas Exports and Imports: Complete Vehicle Lists
The Exports and Imports side mission is one of the most rewarding activities in the game. It unlocks after completing Customs Fast Track for Cesar Vialpando, which becomes available after you purchase the Wang Cars property in San Fierro for $50,000. You deliver vehicles to the cargo crane at Easter Basin Docks. In return you earn cash and unlock the ability to purchase any delivered vehicle back from the crane board at 80% of its export value.

Pro Tip: Always take Export vehicles through the Pay N Spray next to Wang Cars in Hashbury, San Fierro before delivery. The shop is two minutes from the Easter Basin crane. A single repair pass costs you nothing but the spray fee and guarantees the maximum export payout. Missing even 10% health on an Infernus loses you $9,500.
GTA San Andreas Special Vehicles: Bulletproof, Fireproof and Unique Mission Cars
Special vehicles are mission-exclusive cars and bikes with properties that cannot exist on standard free-roam spawns. These include bulletproof (BP), fireproof (FP), explosion-proof (EP), and damage-proof (DP) variants, along with vehicles with unique paint jobs that do not appear anywhere else in the game files.
Collecting special vehicles requires intentional mission manipulation. You need to obtain the vehicle during its mission window, drive or push it to a personal garage, and then deliberately fail the mission after the garage door closes. The vehicle saves to that garage permanently.

Note: Special properties are permanently destroyed if you take a proofed vehicle to a girlfriend’s house and trigger the coffee cut scene. The vehicle loses all its special properties and becomes a standard model. Keep special vehicles in personal garages only. Never take them to a Pay N Spray either, as unique paint jobs are replaced with a standard color.
The most valuable special vehicle in the game is the bulletproof and fireproof SWAT Van from End of the Line. It is the final mission, which means getting it requires playing through the entire story and then deliberately failing at the last moment. The van survives being blown up by a rocket inside your garage, which is how the fail triggers. When you reopen the garage door, the van is fully repaired and retains its properties.

Note: CHITTYCHITTYBANGBANG is the correct flying cars cheat. Many older guides and the original article print this as CHITTYCHITTYBB, which does not work. This is one of the most commonly misprinted cheats in any GTA guide.
